Baby banana

I am sure no one reads this anymore. I certainly don’t post anymore.
I was getting upset that Brent didn’t give me publishing rights on his blog so I decided I should just use my own blog.
Some updates on our fetus:
1) It is a girl
2) She is currently the size of something between a banana and a papaya
3) She does a lot of acrobatics in the womb
4) The fetus is causing her mother to become much larger than she should….possibly might need to lay off the nightly ice cream

It is time for my once a year blog entry about something happy.

The Kosterpeldings have some good news to share– I am pregnant. The thoughts of an ever expanding body, and a life without sleep scare me to death…but babies are so damn cute and I am sure ours will be the cutest ever!

Our little person is now the size of an onion. Hopefully it will be full grown by September 5th (when we hope to welcome it to the world).

The current plan is for me to find out the gender in a week and a half and not tell Brent. I am convinced that this is nearly impossible but of course, Brent has to be stubborn and make life more difficult just for fun.

I have no idea how our lives our going to change but I am pretty pumped to have a new cuddly nice smelling person in the house!

Spring has sprung!

After the longest winter in the history of winters, spring has finally arrived. The flowers that I planted last fall are coming up and things are finally feeling alive. I love the sun. I love the warmth. I am very happy to welcome spring!

Kosterpeldings get a dog!!!

We Kosterpeldings got a new pet today, Deuce.  He is a miniature Daschund and he is the cutest.  He is a year and a half old.  We adopted him from the humane society and love him very much. 

America, We have a new president!

Last night we witnessed a historic moment in our country. It was amazing and I am completely thrilled. All we can do is hope that change is on the way! Go Obama!

RIP Miss Louise Kosterpelding

Tonight we celebrate a life. A life of singing, and chirping. Louise Kosterpelding died today. Reasons unknown. The Kosterpeldings are of course saddened by the loss that their family has endured but feeling lucky for the time that they had with her.  We wish Harry Kosterpelding a fulfilled life without his mate.  Rest in peace dearest Louise.

Heroic dog saves 4 kittens from a fire

Leo the Austrailian dog saved 4 kittens on Sunday when his place of residence caught fire. He refused to leave their side and therefore managed to save them from the fire. Leo and the Kittens are doing just fine!
